resolution, please go through these steps with your children. Thank
you!
Community
Talent Show
On
Sunday, March 7th you are invited to the Community Talent Show at
the Melrose High School. There are many community members, children
and adults, who will be performing for this fun event. The show
begins at 6:30 pm, tickets are $2.00 for children ages 10 and under,
$4.00 for ages 11 and up. Tickets are for sale at the Melrose
Central Minnesota Federal Credit Union and Freeport Sate Bank or can
be purchased at the door. Come join the fun!
Hot
Lunch Payments
NOTE:
The Public School will now let us know when your child’s lunch
account is low at $8.00 instead of $5.00. This should give you ample
time to get your payment to the Public school. Also if your child’s
account is out of money or at a negative balance, your child will
only receive a cheese sandwich and a carton of milk, until payment
is made directly to Melrose. If you have any questions, please feel
free to call Bonita Shoulz or Renee Rich at
256-5160
ext. 4411. Remember to send your payments directly
to
the Melrose Public School. St. John’s-St. Andrew’s School will
not accept hot lunch payments. Thank you!

building. Parents PLEASE tell anyone you may know who would have a
child Kindergarten age and invite them to come!
Chicken
Dinner
Chicken
Dinner is next Tuesday, March 9th. If you would like your child to
have chicken dinner that day, please send $2.00 to school by MONDAY,
March 8th. Thanks!
Quilt
We
are looking for a volunteer or volunteers to coordinate the 3 – 6
grade quilt for next year’s Steak & Wine. This would entail
setting the theme for the quilt, coordinating the student’s
project input, and coordinating the materials and sewing with the
women who make the quilt. Although it is quite a ways off, we would
like to have someone lined up for this. It would be good to have the
theme set as soon as school starts so that they can coordinate with
the art teacher for the projects. Please consider it and let Kris
Winter know if you are interested.
